1. Introduction

Specifically, phpplus retains account registration data and transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Identity verification documents are retained for the period required by applicable PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.

When personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and no legal obligation requires its retention, phpplus will securely delete or anonymize the data in accordance with our data retention procedures.
